Each journal page is dedicated to one of the 12 Permaculture Principles. Here’s how to use it:

Watch the corresponding YouTube episode to see how the principle comes to life in action.
Take the journal into your garden, forest trail, or natural space.
Use the prompts to:
Record what you see, hear, feel, and sense.
Jot down plant observations or design ideas.
Sketch maps or patterns from your space.
Reflect on how the principle applies to your life or project.
Repeat weekly or monthly — and notice how your perspective evolves over time.
